Elegant Wedding at the Montaluce Vineyard

Looking for inspiration for your summer wedding?

One of the most popular wedding themes of 2024 is Italian summer. The summer can be the perfect season to have a wedding for a few reasons like great weather and a large variety of flowers available. One of the biggest perks of a summer wedding is having plenty of daylight to take all those wedding photos. This summer we visited the Montaluce Winery up in Dahlonega, Georgia with Timeless Escapes and Bella Vita Retreats to create this beautiful styled shoot. The Montaluce Winery is the perfect wedding venue for a couple looking for those elegant Italian wedding photos.

This venue has several areas to take beautiful shots around the italian architecture, the lake, and even in the vineyard. We are so thankful for this beautiful couple Jerry and Connor Rouleau for being our models for the day. We really love styled shoots because it gives us an opportunity to be creative and give inspiration to what your wedding day photos could look like, without the time restraints of an actual wedding day. Basically, styled shoots are great days to get all those inspiration photos for the bride's pinterest boards.

These set of photos really show that each photographer has their own style and filter preference. Both sets of photos are beautiful, but they are different vibes. It's important that you pick a wedding photographer that fits your ideal wedding style.

The Ceremony

Having your ceremony facing out to the pond and vineyard creates such a soft, romantic look. Along with the venue, another big influence on the vibe of your wedding day is your attire. Both, bride and groom, purchased their outfit from our store. Jerry’s clean and classic wedding gown is designed by Essense of Australia and call her Emily in our store. Her husband, Connor, wore a suit from Jim's Formal Wear. Their classic styles really complemented each other, creating a timeless look.

The Reception

The reception is the perfect time to get those non-traditional, fun or more sensual pictures. It’s a great idea to get those fun photos, not only with your groom but also with your guests. One of the more popular trends to do with your guests is having everyone wearing the same glasses and take similar photos.

Moments captured like these really show the love and desire this couple has for each other.

The Departure

Leave your wedding in your style! Some classic weddings send offs are guests using bubbles, sparklers or even confetti to light the bride and groom's path. Some unique ideas we have seen our brides do is use lightsabers, pom-poms and even sky lanterns.
